Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange when this period expires. The buyer must have sent the product(s) to or have notified ROGIER within this period of 30 days to be eligible for a valid return. When you return one or more items, be sure to use the return form. ROGIER is not responsible for any damage, theft, or any form of harm during any phase of the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the requirements below in order to be accepted for a refund.
- All items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Each product must have the original packaging and the original tags and/or seals. Therefore, if you are not sure about your item(s), do not remove any seals before sending your products back to us.
- Only items purchased through www.rogier.store are eligible for return.
- For reasons of health and safety, face masks, underwear, and lingerie cannot be returned.
- Products can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If any of these conditions apply to your item(s) are violated, we hold the right to deny a refund in any way.
Proof of purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we cannot accept the return and cannot provide any refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). If any item not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons beyond our control, we hold the right not to issue a refund in any possible way.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a period of 14 working days. All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to our error or production error. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us and send an email to email@example.com.
Gifts and gift cards
You can return gifts when they meet the requirements mentioned above. We will refund the purchaser of the gift only, not to the receiver of the gift. Gift cards themselves are not eligible for return and will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping might be deducted from your refund. If your exchanged item(s) require(s) any shipping costs, these might be deducted as well or will be paid by the buyer.
If you are shipping items to us, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), nor are we responsible for the risks of returning items during any time. We do not insure your return under any condition.
