Anti-Pilling Treatment
What is Anti-Pilling Treatment?
Anti-Pilling Treatment is a finishing process applied to fabrics, especially those made from synthetic fibers, to minimize or prevent the formation of pills. Pills are small, tangled balls of fibers that appear on the surface of a fabric due to friction or abrasion. Anti-pilling treatments involve applying chemical or mechanical treatments to the fabric during or after production to strengthen the fibers and reduce their tendency to form pills, resulting in a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing fabric surface.
